Light at the end of the tunnel...

Ok so, now that I have been as low as I think I could have gone on the chain, things are starting to look up. Jason's mom has been helping us get caught up on our bills and helping us budget out money for gas and things. It is still not all better, but I have a good feeling it will be ok. :) Things seem to be looking up, so far so good. But Im still holding my breath I don't want to breathe easy too soon...


Anyways, Last Monday night Ashley told me she had her "bloody show" and I went straight to her house from work and timed contractions with her and Kelly, 11 hours later CadyAnn was born!!! 7 lbs. 6 oz. , 20 1/2 inches! Woo hoo! She is so beautiful! I am very happy for them! She was born August 5, 2008 at 9:08 AM. Right on her due date! Hehe I love her!

This past weekend we also went camping, its the first time Drake has been camping and I was sooooo sooo soooooo nervous! The whole week I was hoping we would be far away from any creeks, and guess what? Our camp ground my mom reserved was RIGHT next to one. But I watched him like a hawk the whole time and didn't show him the water at all so he wouldn't be interested and thank heavens we made it home alive! Wow, I am paranoid. Lol but it was a fun trip, I enjoyed it and so did my boys. :) After sleeping on the ground though, I realized Im not as tough as I used to be, the ground SUCKS! :P I love my bed very very much and I also love showers, hehe. :D Well thats all for now!

The taste of ink is getting old...

Blah, Blah, Blah... I just don't know how to feel anymore. It seems that so much in my life is a problem. No money, no health insurance, truckloads of debt, and it is so frustrating to me right now that I can't help Jason find a job that he really fits into or even likes for that matter and he likes the people he works for. He would like to go to school but that always circles around to the stupid money matter.
Right now he is working at a "phone" job where people call in and are angry because they want to cancel a subscription to a "free" trial of weight loss pills that they get charged for after their 2 week "trail". So he gets to be as snotty as he likes to them and get away with it. And when he isn't taking calls he gets to sit on his ass and play on the Internet. If I know Jason the way I think I do this will be fun to him for a short, short time and he will end up getting frustrated with being bored and some how get into trouble. I have seen it happen before when he worked for IHC. I just feel sick and worried about it. I am not sure exactly what bothers me so much its such a huge stew of feelings right now but my female intuition tells me something is wrong... Just don't know what, yet...

About a week ago my mom and I took Drake to have his pictures taken. They turned out so cute! I am so thankful for the technology we have today and I am able to capture those little moments in time. Because Drake is growing up so quickly! Not only that life is going by quickly too. Its cool that I have documentation for my kids and grand kids to look at and remember our family with. :) Yay for pictures!!!

So this past Wednesday was my 3rd wedding anniversary! I have been married for three years!!!! Time goes by so quickly! Last night I went to a bridal shower for a girl that I had grown up with and used to play with each other virtually every single day. Its so strange how time changes... Anyway, on Wednesday Jason came home and bought me flowers that were the colors of our wedding, it was so sweet :P he he. Then we went to Rodizio Grill for dinner. OH MY it was SO good! They have all these meats they bring around to you that they barbecue on skewers. It was some of the most tender meat I had ever tasted! That's all we had time for on Wednesday though because Jason had to work. But this weekend we are both off and plan on doing something fun together. :) Sometimes Jason and I don't get along the best, don't agree on a few things form time to time, and have our little bumps in the road... But I wouldn't have it any other way because he makes me happy and I love him. I am so happy it has been three years already and I so happy I will be with him always. <3

Right before I was going to sign off I remembered this video we had taken of Drake yesterday and had to share it! Recently he has learned to give kisses, but he doesn't give them willingly...

Fun in the sun

Today was the very first time Drake has been to Lagoon! We took him to the water park and played for a couple of hours. The water was sooo cold even though it was way warm outside. I think that its not quite warm enough out yet for the sun to heat the water. But we had fun. We are going to take him back when its not so cold. He hugged my leg a lot because he was shivering. But Jason still showed him a good time.We finally got tired of swimming so we decided to take him on some rides. They have a new ride at Lagoon for kids called Odyssey. Its a great big squid that has little fish on each of its tentacles that you sit in and his arm go up and down and little fountains squirt at you while you go around. Jason said as soon as the ride started up he clung to his arm and that it was so cute. He is still quite too small for many of the rides though. I remember when I was little and it was our Lagoon day, being so excited to go. I am way excited to make those memories for Drake as he grows up.
